If you are a victim of this scam and you would like to see the person behind it punished, then it is imperative that you press charges against him. If you don't bother to press charges, then regardless of how much evidence is accumulated here or elsewhere, the authorities will do nothing. An actual victim needs to file a complaint in order for this person to be prosecuted. If this doesn't happen, then this criminal will continue to run this scam and steal from people.
